2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3.3 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is considered abuse of the bonus system and may result in permanent closure of all accounts.

Deposits must be made through the methods listed above. Deposited funds will be added directly to your to999 account. For withdrawals, the payment method details must match the mobile number or information registered on the account. to999 reserves the right to verify any transaction and may request supporting documents if needed.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No other payment methods are currently supported on to999.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit of a new to999 account, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳28,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = wagering ৳22,500 makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus is applicable only once and is non-reversible.
- The bonus cannot be converted to cash; it can only be used as gaming balance.
- to999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If suspicious or non-human betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Abuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device/IP is strictly prohibited.
6 VIP Program & Cashback
to999's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. The final decision on VIP tier assignment and cashback distribution rests solely with to999. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
7 Gaming Rules & Policies
7.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on to999 are run under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. If a technical error causes a discrepancy in a game result, to999 may make corrections based on the recorded result.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots or automated software to operate games
- Fraudulent conduct toward other players or to999 staff
- Abusing the bonus system or artificially accumulating bonuses
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems
- Attempting to use or access another user's account information
7.3 Disconnection & Technical Issues
If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, to999 will resume the game from the last recorded state according to server records. to999 will not be liable for any issues arising from disconnection.
8 Sports Betting Rules
The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Specific rules for betting:
- If a match result is cancelled or changed, the relevant market will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- If an event starts before its scheduled time, the market may be voided.
- to999 will not be liable for technical delays or connection issues during live betting.
- In case of any dispute over market settlement, to999's decision will be considered final.

16 Entire Agreement
